A woman, Dorothy Podber, entersThe Factory of Warhol and asks "Can I shoot Marilyn?" The painter, thinking she wants to photograph the painting says ok, just to see her pull out a gun and fires off a shot that goes right through the forhead of a stack of Marilyn paintings (in total 5 of them) The Blue Shot Marilyn (1964) is now among the pieces on show at the  Andy Warhol exhibit at Palazzo Reale in Milano, that I had the oppurtunity to see thanks to  Amazon BuyVIP, the shopping club of the Amazon group, celebrating the American culture and a late Thanksgiving  (after the exhibit we were offered a lovely turkey and sweet potatoe dinner, cheescake and applepie...
